The Detroit and Toledo Shoreline was a short Class I railroad that connected Toledo to points in southeast Michigan, Ontario and Detroit.  The line was jointly owned by the Grand Trunk and the Nickel Plate and provided a vital link from the automotive industry to the multiple railroads that served Toledo.  This 264-page book written by Charles Geletzke, Jr. and Wilbur E. Hague and printed by Kutztown Printing Company covers the complete history of the line from its humble beginnings to its final inclusion into the Greater Grand Trunk system.  The book is amply illustrated with photos & drawings and will make a great addition to your railroad library.
